Pumpkin Pie



Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup mashed pumpkin
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp cloves
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup milk
1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Directions:
Thoroughly combine all ingredients. Pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake at 400 for 50 min. (or until knife inserted comes out clean (top should be a little toasty). Cool and top with whipped cream.
