Chocolate Pizookie

Ingredients:

2 cups flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt

1 1/4 cup sugar
1 cup butter (2 sticks) softened
2 eggs
1/4 cup corn syrup
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted and slightly cooled
1 tsp. vanilla

8 ounces milk chocolate chips (3/4 a bag)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350

In a small bowl combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt, set aside

With an electric mixer, mix sugar and butter until light. Add eggs and mix until light and fluffy. Mix in corn syrup, melted semi-sweet chocolate and vanilla.

Blend in flour mixture on low speed until just combined.

Stir in milk chocolate chips.

Spray two 8-inch rounds, spread the dough into the rounds.

Bake for 16 - 20 min. Cool 2-3 min. Top with vanilla ice cream. Enjoy!
