Lemon Bars


Crust:
1 cup soft butter
Dash salt
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 cups flour

Filling:
2 cups sugar
1/4 cup flour
4 eggs, beaten
6 Tbs. lemon juice

Directions:
Mix ingredients for the crust and press into a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min. (Lightly brown)

Combine the ingredients for the filling. Pour onto the crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min. (Lightly brown)

Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
