Reuben Sandwiches


Ingredients:
rye bread
mayonnaise 
Swiss cheese
pastrami
sauerkraut

Directions:
Place rye bread on a cookie sheet (2 per person). Spread mayo on all the slices. Put Swiss cheese on half of the slices and pastrami on the other half. Place in oven. Bake at 400 degrees until cheese is melted. Put drained sauerkraut on the meat side and put the cheese side on top. Serve immediately.
