Candied Chex Mix



Ingredients:
5 1/2 cups Corn Chex                                                         
5 1/2 cups Rice Chex                                                          
1/2 cup coconut                                                                   
1/2 cup slivered almonds
2 cubes butter (do not sub. with margarine)
1 cup corn syrup
 1 cup sugar

Directions:
In a large mixing bowl mix Chex, coconut and almonds and set aside. On the stove top melt butter, and then add corn syrup and sugar. Bring to a boil. Immediately pour over Chex mixture. Stir until evenly coated. Pour onto wax paper to dry. (Make sure Chex mix is separated to keep from clumping.)
