Ingredients:
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 heaping tsp. cornstarch
2 cups canned evaporated milk (can use milk to fill in extra of what can(s) don't do)
2 eggs
2 Tbs. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Mix sugar, salt and cornstarch, then add evaporated milk. Beat eggs into mixture. Pour into a saucepan and cook on medium, stirring often until custard consistency. (Will take about 10 min.) Then mix in butter and vanilla.
