Ingredients:
1 crust pie
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 cup shortening
2-3 Tbs. water**
** for pumpkin pie crust use less water and add one teaspoon vanilla
Makes one pie crust (we like to 1 1/2 recipe so you have enough crust)
For Two pie crusts...
2 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
2/3 cup shortening
5-7 Tbs. water
Directions:
Mix flour and salt, cut in shortening then sprinkle with water getting all the flour moist. Form into ball and roll out on floured surface to desired size. Gently place in pie pan and flute edges. For baked pie crust bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 min.
